1. Service Overview

FennaVerse provides AI-assisted tools to generate and manage personalized children's stories, including optional image, narration, and export features.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• Accounts are intended for parents/guardians and other authorized adult users.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe and may be monthly or annual.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through the customer portal before renewal.
• Plan limits and features may vary by tier (free, starter, family, unlimited).
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where explicitly stated in a promotional/refund policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use FennaVerse for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to bypass limits, security controls, or account restrictions.
• Upload or submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Interfere with platform performance, integrity, or availability.

5. User Content and Generated Output

• You retain rights to content you submit, subject to rights needed for us to operate the service.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transform submitted content to provide FennaVerse features.
• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before external/public use.

6. Intellectual Property

The FennaVerse service, branding, and platform components are owned by MEBAL and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights, except as expressly stated.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update features, pricing, limits, and integrations over time. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

FennaVerse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEBAL and FennaVerse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using FennaVerse at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security concerns, or legal requirements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
